• If confirmed defective, we will at our discretion:
– repair the item
– replace the item
– or issue a refund

2. Incorrect items supplied by us

Outcome:
• We will arrange collection at our cost
• The correct item will be supplied or a refund issued if preferred


 

3. Change of mind / incorrect selection

(This includes ordering incorrectly, preference changes, or no longer wanting the product)

Outcome:
• Returns are only accepted by agreement
• If accepted:
– The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
– A handling/restocking fee will be charged
– Return courier costs are for your account
– Refund or store credit is processed after inspection


 

4. Compatibility & installation

Vehicle compatibility can vary due to differences in wiring, modules, specifications, and prior modifications.

While we do our best to supply the correct components:
• “Plug & play” is not guaranteed in all cases
• Additional parts (such as harnesses) or adjustments may be required

Outcome:
• We will assist in resolving compatibility issues and work towards a functional solution
• Refunds will not be granted where:
– the product is not defective
– the issue relates to vehicle-specific compatibility
– installation has been attempted without professional fitment

We strongly recommend installation through approved fitment centres.


 

5. Inspection requirement

All returned items are subject to inspection before any refund, replacement, or credit is approved.
